Orbital Tug WIP 2

More progress on the Orbital Tug multipurpose spacecraft. (I really need to come up with a better name for this thing.) I enlarged the framing for the cockpit dome, added a 'safety bar' around the perimeter, completed the engine pods with multi-axis thrusters, added a docking port, and other details like hand rails, and installed the propellant tanks aft. Each triangular module also contains one of the same type of tank internally, so the craft has four of these propellant tanks. Feed lines for propellant, power, and control are visible linking the engine pods to the main hull.
